Embraer expanding maintenance and customer support capabilities.

Embraer, a prominent aerospace company has officially declared its strategic initiative to double its maintenance service capacity in the United States.

The aerospace company aims to facilitate the burgeoning demand for its executive jets by establishing three new Executive Aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities.

These facilities are slated to be operational in Dallas Love Field, TX, Cleveland, OH, and Sanford, FL.

The decision to augment the maintenance service infrastructure aligns with Embraer’s commitment to enhancing customer support and accommodating the substantial growth witnessed in its Executive Jets fleet.

Frank Stevens, the Vice President of MRO Services at Embraer Services and Support, expressed satisfaction with the expansion plan.

He emphasized the significance of this move, stating, “We are pleased to offer additional service locations for our customers as we will significantly expand the capacity, capability, and footprint of our MRO network in the USA.”

The rapid growth in Embraer’s Executive Jets fleet over recent years underscores the robust demand spanning the entire product portfolio.

The expansion initiative is designed to provide immediate additional capacity, ensuring that Embraer is well-positioned to meet the needs of its valued customers and strategically foster growth for the foreseeable future.

One of the key aspects of this expansion involves a substantial increase in Embraer’s Mobile Response network, with the addition of 28 teams.

This augmented network will not only enhance the aerospace company’s responsiveness but will also broaden its service capabilities.

Notably, the expanded services will encompass interior services, paint applications, and component repairs, reflecting Embraer’s comprehensive approach to customer satisfaction.

The scheduled commencement of services at the new locations is set for the second quarter of 2024, signifying a swift implementation of Embraer’s expansion strategy.

Currently, Embraer operates three owned U.S.-based service centers dedicated to its executive jet customers.

These are strategically located in Mesa, AZ, Melbourne, FL, and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Moreover, the company has established a network of 24 authorized service centers across the United States, underscoring its commitment to providing accessible and efficient support for its executive jets.
